[BNM] Opening a second window in Win7

a-HA! Bug fix 101 states: "Are you actually doing what you say you're 
doing?"

What I meant to question was clicking a top left 'back' button in an 
explorer window no longer opens up a new window from a level up.... But 
I am overjoyed that I can ctrl click a folder and burrow down.

Thanks people - I'm loving 'start + e', too. Nice to still be made happy 
be such simples thing.
