That "hidden" google api mentioned in the thread currently ONLY uses the
first segment of the postcode.
e.g.
http://maps.google.com/maps/geo?q=BN2+7QA&output=json&oe=utf8&sensor=false&gl=gb
returns same as
http://maps.google.com/maps/geo?q=BN2+3AG&output=json&oe=utf8&sensor=false&gl=gb
