with Thunderbird rather than with Mail (which, flame wars aside, isn't the =
best of email apps though it does a stirling, if basic, job).

Ok, so a few things that are winding me up about Google - any answers/=20
tips would be appreciated.
1. Is there any, any, any way to get rid (in Apple Mail) of the 'All =20
Mail' folder? I suppose in Thunderbird you could just unsubscribe from =20
it and then not suffer multiple results in searches etc. but man is it =20
ever winding me up.
2. I have users constantly, constantly being suspended because Google =20
presume they are sending spam (they are not) and also just having =20
outgoing messages stopped as spam (which I can't even begin to =20
understand, as they don't look anything like spam). Has anyone else =20
had this? Been able to resolve it? Even got a response from Google? (I =20
haven't, in a week.)
I 'spose this is what I get for using [as Sevan would say: head in =20
the] cloud computing,
