[BNM] [OT] Brighton dentists and is private worth it

Having tried unsuccessfully to get into the practice at 7 Dials I went
private at the Duke St Dentist earlier this year when I realised I'd not had
a checkup for quite some time so better do something so my teeth don't fall
out.

I told them I was a nervous patient and the female dentist (sorry I can't
remember her name) was really nice. She also explained exactly what she was
going to do - for all those who want the gory details (I ended up having a
small filling). I saw the hygienist too, who was also really good. They have

I figured it was worth going private as it is my teeth, which are on display
and are pretty important for eating and stuff, so I'd rather pay for a good
service than take my chances on the NHS.

Needless to say some of the stories I've read here have made me feel pretty
squeamish and I'm definitely never, ever going to the Sydney St dentist!
