Hi Toby,
Thanks for this. Yes, their (Sydney St.) phone system is often busy - I've noticed this too. Usually takes 3 or 4 attempts.
You wouldn't happen to know, if I did opt for private for the work i now need done, would my dental records get over to somewhere else pronto - and, could I still get NHS (say for a check-up at Sydney and the hygienist - which is good there - although private), or will I be closing the door on NHS dental as soon as I get any private work?
