I've had some shoddy experiences with the Sydney St one, involving pain.
Quite a lot of it.
The dentist filled a wisdom tooth that by rights, should have been pulled.
It really hurt.
Then when I tried to cancel an appointment three times on the phone, and
couldn't get through coz it was engaged everytime, they tried to charge me
fifteen quid.
I told them I'd called three times to no avail (why was there no voicemail,
or a call queuing system?) and the receptionist basically called me a liar.
In a manner somewhat out of character for me, I told her to fuck off and
never went back.
I go to the Brunswick Rd Dental Practice now.
Florentina the dentist is really nice (and hot too!)
Never had any problems with them at all.
Dunno if they do NHS though. I just bit the bullet (no pun) and went
private.
