[BNM] Privatizing the Internet

I have read a little about this and as far as I could tell the bill was
about harmonizing the legislation about telecommunications across the EU to
prevent anti-competitive actions by local governments and their telcos,
separate voice and internet services within the telcos, stuff like that.
Apparently people like Doicha Telecom are not too happy about it, cant think
why :)
