[BNM] Simple app for resizing images (cheap or free)?

We have recommended a couple of tools to our clients;

http://www.picnik.com/ - you can use this free without registering although
they do offer a premium service. It's very intuitive and fun to use
Photoshop Elements - only £50 and does everything you need for all the usual
photo editing stuff, resizing, cropping, batch editiing, etc. It's pretty
straightforward to learn to use too.
