[BNM] Need freelancer for overflow work / Jooma, WP, etc

Hello BNMers,

I'm becoming increasingly busy with work and looking to build a 
relationship with a local freelancer to take excess work each month.

Looking for someone who is well versed in css/xhtml and can get 
pre-agreed design projects rolling as templates in Joomla (mainly) and 
Wordpress (sometimes) quickly and properly.

Some knowledge of javascript would be a bonus too.
