[BNM] weird pc virus? malware

Hi
Anyone had this? This caught me out completely and thought that if it had 
got that bad I should reinstall XP.

Came home last night to my Pc (win xp) playing audio/adverts on start-up. 
Firefox had been hijacked and the audio was continuous. Something about 
Bupa and onnetworks. Anyone else had that? I've no idea how it was used in 
the day and everything was a bit frosty at home.
