[BNM] i hate DHL

I am considering getting a BT line installed can I get any
compensation from BT regards the lost income through their
mismanagement e.g.

Me: "Hi BT can I order a line installation. Can you also send me the
necessary forms to be compensated when the engineer dosn't turn up and
I loose a days income?"
