Hello all

Anybody got any knowledge of Linux based applications for managing 
customers/services ?

What I'm looking for is something that we can install on one of our 
servers and use to maintain a database of our customers, the services we 
supply to them and the associated fees and dates they start/end, etc - 
plus any special notes associated with them.

It would need to have a front-end for the customers themselves, so they 
could see details of their services, fees, dates, etc and modify their 
contact details, etc

Ideally it would also be able to handle invoicing and even allow us to 
integrate a payment gateway - but those are wish list 2 items.

Something like a 'Customer Account Management' app

Is this too much to hope for ?

We currently maintain a series of every more complex spreadsheets to 
account for who has what service hand when, etc and do all the invoicing 
manually every month.
