No it isn't, but for some reason I decided it was a good idea based on my
dreamhost experience where the software can be updated from the control
panel which is cool if your wp user neglects or does not understand or fears
this when it is present as an option for them, but considering plesk thinks
6.1 is the latest release I doubt that's going to be an option.
