[BNM] Sick of be broadband

Ok, so nildram says hove is a very congested exchange, so I guess this
may be the exchange rather than the ISP. So unless I move to Virgin
cable, there is little that can be done?

But it does say that "A provisional date of Nov 28, 2008 has been set
for upgrading this exchange.", I guess thats been missed!
