[BNM] Sick of be broadband

Where sync speed are great but downloads are variable  we often find 
that either a wireless or ethernet over power line adapter is being 
used. A neighbour using the same channel on wi-fi  or power line 
adapters plugged into extensions can reduce throughput to a trickle.
