I think that was after a month or so, when you might expect to have mastered
the device!
I think I've finally got to grips with the multitude of adjustment knobs to
declare it is satisfactory.
I found if I release the back tilt and lean back a bit it takes some
pressure away from the thighs.
A foot rest also helps - currently a crap sony woofer.
I really like the adjustable armrests which are great for RSI mitigation.

And the acid test is that I have not had any of the shoulder ache I had
pre-Aeron (touch PVC!).
I guess I owe Tom H an apology doubting his advice!
