[BNM] Sick of be broadband

Anyway... It seems that the real slow down was a sunday afternoon
thing. Across a few tests (I know you have to treat tests with a pinch
of salt, but hey) I got an average of 0.2Mbps transfer speed
yesterday, today 12.93Mbps! Thats quite a difference!
