[BNM] Sick of be broadband

Im getting this too in the BN3 area.  Im connected at 22mb down and 2.5mb up
and speedtests show good results however using the net is still really slow.
Technical support are no help, they dont understand the problem and just
keep telling me to do the usual restart router etc.

Anybody know when this might be fixed?
