[BNM] Just been missold a macbook instead of macbook proby solutions inc. Any advice?

I went into solutions (was it recently ram raided?) wanting to buy
some gear - told them I could get it £15 pound cheaper up the road at
Cancom but the weren't interested in doing a deal to match it (as
advertised on the web site) and make a sale. Go figure.

Glad I didn't now as I had to return the product as I wasn't happy
with something and they did a swap for shinny new one on the spot no
questions asked.
