[BNM] [OT] London to Brighton training

Hey up.

We at They.Create decided we'd all enter the London to Brighton this 
year. Well, now it's the weekend after next and I've suddenly found I'm 
the only one in the office still doing it :/

I'm thinking of doing a training ride of around 30 miles this weekend if 
anyone would care to join me...? Or if anyone's got one planned and mind 
if I tag along, that'd be cool too.
