[BNM] HD web conferencing

Hello all

We have a client who wants to conduct a live video conference between the US and UK. They would like to use as high quality broadcasting 
equipment as possible, and allow all viewers to pose questions, and get answers, in real time. They do not want to use a web cam because, well, 
they tend to be a bit crap don't they?

Does anyone on the list have any experience with this, and recommend where to start looking?
