[BNM] [OT] Xbox 360 question

I've had mine replaced twice and both times it took five minutes of web-form
filling in.  One time was a genuine RROD and the other time was after i
knocked it off a shelf :)

What were the roulette aspects?  Did they argue that it wasn't an RROD
problem?
