In no particular order:
Freedom Bikes on George Street
Sydney St Bikes on Sydney Street
Baker St Bikes on London Road

All these shops can do this for you and they all have their relative 
merits.  That said, southcoastbikes that everyone keeps name checking 
looks very decent too.

However, you could probably check your frame (and forks) with a ruler 
and reasonably long straight edge and a close inspection of the welds, 
tubular etc - basically if the wheels are still inline and straight to 
the bike, you are probably ok.  But do take it in if you aren't sure...
