[BNM] php framework and infrastructure set-up

Hi
I'd be interested to hear about infrastructure set-up for those using php frameworks in their development. I'd like to know about server set-up (e.g. separate server for static content, caching, stuff). Any good links? Also anything on performance of frameworks over "just php". I've been googling things like
zend framework benchmarking 
zend framework requests per second

and getting some info but nothing too recent.

Just for some general info really.
