[BNM] Remote data storeage

I'm a bit nervous too... as nervous as I am about loosing my Flickr
photos one day.

Dropbox are certainly feeling the pinch... they used to keep backups
for *every* change made - multiple undos/undeletes on every file.
They've now limited this to 30 days for free accounts.

Not sure yet if this is a game changer for me, I've got a server of my
own so perhaps I should just arrange to do my own backup/sync. But
Dropbox is SOOOO easy to use and 'set and forget' I expect I'll end up
paying Dropbox Inc for the convenience of not having to learn how to
rSync.

Anyone know if there is an alternative open-source, multi-OS tool
that'll allow me to sync a local folder with a remote folder in the
way Dropbox does?
