[BNM] SEO agency tool for link building?

BNM,

Hello all. A client of mine is an SEO agency in London - they do a lot of
link building for their customers.

At the moment they record all the links into spreadsheets. They send the
spreadsheets to their clients every week or so. It's boring and takes
ages.... They also record specific information like PR, keywords, campaign
information etc. They want to move away from spreadsheets to a centralised
database. I've recommended free tools like Delicious but this cannot record
all the information they require...

Can anyone recommend existing tools that do this job? And how do other SEO
agencies go about this?
