[BNM] [OT] Intrusive Home Office Requirements

You must be able to prove each employees entitlement to work in the UK if
you wish to establish a statutory excuse against liability for a civil
penalty.

There are two list of which document are acceptable a passport is just one
such document - see the Home Office website

You can be fined upto 5k per employee you cannot prove their entitlemet to
work in the UK :)
