Before I go put an advert on Gumtree I thought I'd give fellow BNMers
a head start... my awesome 2nd floor 2-bed flat with wide sea views on
Hove seafront is available for rent...

It's going to be extremely hard to move from here, but now I'm mostly
at http://theskiff.org and want to invest more in my business, I need
to reduce my monthly outgoings and am moving out into a smaller place
