[BNM] Which CMS would you recommend if your were to use a popular one on the market?

Thanks for everyone's input on this.

It started as a hypothetical musing but has actually provided me with 
some ideas for our CMS :) Especially with budgets being cut left right 
and centre :/

Andy - thought as much. :) Thanks for pointing out CMSMS.

Steve - thanks for the offer I'll give you a call if we need to take you 
up on it.

Alex - Not entirely on topic but Symfony looks interesting so thanks for 
pointing it out anyway :) I have looked into frameworks in the past. I 
like the idea but convincing your lead developer is another matter!

Julian - Yeah CMSMS looks great. I hadn't actually heard of it before I 
think in terms of usability and ease that one has to go to the top of 
the list. Personally I also like wordpress though only for blogs / 
article based sites.
