[BNM] Which CMS would you recommend if your were to use a popular one on the market?

Have you considered using a framework? A decent framework will help
you to quickly put together a site that does what your client wants
and no more, and will make it easier to integrate non-cms features.

I use Symfony, for which there are a number of plugins to help build
your own CMS. I've had success with the dynamic CMS plugin
http://www.symfony-project.org/plugins/sfDynamicCMSPlugin and I'm
looking at using Sympal for future work http://www.sympalphp.org/
