I think WP currently has a more intuitive control panel thing.
In terms of numbers of plugins they're about equal, but the Drupal has a
cooler modular philosophy which has the potential to make integrations more
bespoke. In my experience the latter has a price in terms of simplicity and
stability, but I'm sure there are Drupal apologists on this list who can
correct any errors I've made.
