[BNM] Which CMS would you recommend if your were to use a popular one on the market?

Andy,
I'd say the most people open-source PHP CMS are (in no particular order):

   - Drupal
   - Wordpress (used as a CMS - not just a blog)
   - Joomla/Mambo

My personal favourite would be Wordpress or CMS Made Simple.
