[BNM] 'Keyword Registration' Spam - anyone seen similiar before?

Hi Listers

a friend of mine has just received this and is a bit non-plussed:

It sounds like an attempt to sell my friend the service of 'keyword
registration', or phishy/spammy old yarbles.  The accompanying website has
fairly bad english and also sounds dodgy to me....

Any help greatly appreciated
