[BNM] [OT] best Indian restaurant in Brighton & Hove

My friend told me about a delicious new Indian restaurant that has 
opened in London Rd so last night I went  to check it out. Sadly we were 
the only diners and I guess the fact that it's in London Rd and looks 
pretty tacky in an 80s cocktail bar stylee justified its emptiness. But 
the food didn't. I have spent a lot of time in India and I would say 
this restaurant is like a good Indian restaurant in India. The chefs 
have been brought over from Southern India so the food isn't that run of 
the mill stuff you get in every British Indian restaurant. Everything 
was delicious and had huge attention to detail - even the poppadoms and 
pilau rice were far better than any I've had. I haven't been to Planet 
India but this restaurant is more expensive and serves a big variety of 
seafood and meat dishes and I'm pretty sure it's loads better than 
Planet India. If I sound like I'm giving it the hard sell, I am, because 
it was really sad to see a restaurant serving such amazing food sitting
