I got up early once (about 5am) - when I was working in Farringdon -
specifically so I could go to the virgin gym in the barbican before going to
work just down the road. I got into the barbican at 10:30 having left
brighton at about 5:30/6.
Utterly unacceptable level of service. Considering my train fair was about
£500 p/m. Makes peoples lives un-work-able when they work hard to make them
work-able.

I think it's because this industry is one of the old school where staff can
slip into the background, do nothing, make sure their face fits and no one
will notice them having never lifted their finger for the 60 years they
slacked off there before claiming some hyped up retirement fund subsidised
by the poor idiots paying for the service.
