[BNM] Hosting companies (again!) - who is the best in the world?

I've recommended United Hosting many times in the past, but they've
also taken a spectacular nosedive in the last four months, and in some
cases are unable to explain why I get no emails from certain clients
(these are just ones that I *know* are missing, let alone the others I
don't know about). What's more, though, their support has become a
confused and half-assed attempt, and I've had far to many jobsworth
responses, or answers that just imply the staff haven't read anything
I've asked.

So yeah... not a recommendation, I'm afraid. More taking back one I've
made several times in the past.
