[BNM] Office Space?

I've been getting some interesting details from Carr and Priddle lately 
- maybe give them a shout? For example, the newly refurbed office at the 
end of Edward St (right by the Pavilion) are 3 floors of +- 400 sq ft 
each, for £25,000 pa.
