[BNM] [bnm] Mental acuity tests

Can anyone point me in the direction of any tests for measuring 
mental-acuity... eg: reflex, memory, analytical skills etc?

Preferably ones that are repeatable... ie: they have different questions 
   each time so you don't get better at them because you know the 
answers from last time?
