That sound ideal, however I've called 5 companies now and they can all do
the Word doc side of it but don't want to offer anything to do with the
Access database side of it, too fiddly is the response I'm getting :o(
£50 - £80 per month for hosted server is quite steep for 3 users with little
bandwidth usage. Maybe I'll host their data on my server in the office and
turn my phone off when I'm away on holiday and my BE box needs a reboot :o)
Way to lose a client.

If everyone is on Windows/locked in, sharepoint will do the trick, you
can get it as a hosted service so you don't have the ball ache of
running a windows server.
