[BNM] Online SQL ERD tool

Leo: Cheers for all that. An interesting feature would be to build the model
in the tool by typing SQL into a console. I.e. if you type a CREATE TABLE
statement, the table appears in the diagram for you to move about...
Wowzers, having automatic mysql fetching would be super powerful. Need to
think about that.
Good point on GraphML. Internally I will be using a super-lightweight JSON
based format (not because I like inventing new data formats, but simply that
its easier / quicker to process), but converting it to GraphML for some
tasks (rendering PDFs for example) is useful.
I will drop you a line when I have something to show! You guys are Werkers
right?
