[BNM] Working with US tax regulations

Hey

Does anyone here have experience working as a limited company for US  
businesses?

We're going through the set-up-with-procurements process and have been  
told that we need to fill out a W-8 IRS tax document. There are lots  
of variants of this doc and we have to get the right one - W-8BEN  
looks like the right one to me, but is anyone else who's been through  
this process able to confirm it for me?
