[BNM] [OT] Broken boiler

We were really lucky with Paul - 07737811211 who was recommended on the list
a few months ago. His work was great and he took pity on us and came at a
weekend to replace our boiler when it completely broke down.
He arrived when he said he would, did a great job, charged a reasonable fee
and cleared up after himself.
