[BNM] [OT] Can anyone recommend a London based osteopath and how much should one cost?

I can suggest one you shouldn't use.  I can't remember her name, but she was
based in Highbury.   Make sure whoever recommends a suitable osteopath was
suffering from the same problem as you.  Although mine was recommended,
she'd obviously never encountered a herniated disc before.  Consequently,
she performed exactly the wrong move, which resulted in my disc rupturing
and I now have a paralysed foot.  It also hurt rather a lot.  I also saw a
guy at Seven Dials who failed to spot the problem.

I think the fees are generally £35-40 per session.  Normally, you'll get a
longer introductory session where they will discuss your medical history.
Be wary if they just want to dive straight in and have a go.

Sometimes a good physiotherapist can be better than an osteopath, depending
on the problem.
