[BNM] viral seeding

following on nicely from my astro-turfing dilemma (which by the way has now
resolved itself - with the agency in question being hauled over the coals by
their client) I am now being asked if there are any good agencies that do
legitimate viral seeding - this is a strange concept to me as one would
expect a viral to seed itself but I can see on Google there are many such
specialist agencies - anyone know of any good ones or have opinions on the
matter?
