I'm getting really hacked off with the level of service companies seem to be
providing these days.

Natwest can't send my bankcards to me because they dont know how to change
an address.
BT take > 3 months to install a phone line
And now this!!

recon it's going to take about 10 hours to clean an already clean flat for
the initial visit and then 4 hours a week there after - we got the feeling
they took one look at the place and thought "they're minted - rinse them"

agreed to send someone 'round monday day to collect keys so they can start
today - I took the day off work - they didn't turn up - There were 2 people
in all day/night. called the guy this morning - said he'd call back, didn't.
Call them back said the keys are with one of the guys in his office in the
center of town - 2 mins from the flat - he shouts at me saying no one was
there on monday - I mean really rude - they came at 7:30pm to collect the
keys- not during the day as agreed!! He told me to basically f off!!!!

My advise to anyone is to stay _away_ from this guy!!!

I JUST WANT A CLEANER!!!
