Hi Mike,

You should point her to New England House -
http://www.newenglandhouse.org.uk 

They've got a variety of spaces and an industrial lift so should be able
to help her if they've got an available area. I used to go to a printer
there and he moved between floors and had a lot of massive machinery, so
the lift should be fine.

NEH is bloody ugly, but then again she won't need to look at it. London
Road and the new Sainsbury's within easy walking distance.

Wired Sussex have their office there, so might be able to put you in
touch with the landlords if the link above is no good.
