[BNM] [OT] Workshop Facilities

Hi all - a pal of mine is a leatherworker and is looking to relocate to
B'ton/Hove, hence she'll need a small light-industrial/arty/crafty unit on
the ground floor (some heavy machinery involved). Prices are driving her out
of London so if anyone happens to know of, or hear of, something potentially
suitable pls holler.
