There are tons of these stupid great yellow tomes littering the
streets at the moment.  Give them a quick call on 0800 671 444 to
opt-out.

If they ask you for your phone number, you don't need to give it to them.

If you try and unsubscribe someone/where else, they'll say they can't
because of 'data protection'.

Please pass this on. Perhaps we can make a dent in the 28 million* they deliver.
