[BNM] Embedded Gmaps and UK postcodes

Is it still the case that you can't easily embed a gmap on a webpage
if you know the postcode, but not the lat-long? I remember reading a
few JS hack that would convert postcode to latlong and result in an
embedded map. Still the case today?
