[BNM] Big money for a free text search implementation

Hey all,

I was having a drink with someone last night who works for a big London
retail information website. She sells subscriptions. These guys have a tonne
of retail information about big retailers that they sell to other retailers
and their suppliers etc.

Their website is missing a free text search facility - you know, a simple
search box. They've been quoted £40,000 for the work so if I can pull
something more affordable together I may win that business.

All the information is held in a fully accessible database on the server.

Anyone out there know anyone who can do this work?
